I rarely write reviews but every time I come to this particular location in Howard Beach I'm rudely reminded why I don't come more often. First, it doesn't matter if you place mobile orders because baristas will start making your drink and then begin making other, easier, drinks ahead of yours. This happens basically every time I have gone here. And my half made drink sits in front of me as customers come and go that arrived long after my order was placed. Today I was also the recipient of some obnoxious, ignorant information when, after finally receiving my beverage, I told the barista that he forgot to add the mocha drizzle. He thought it was important to inform me that my drink doesn't come with it. I then pointed out the sticker that he failed to read which indicated I had customized my drink to include it. Perhaps the baristas should spend more time reading and less time teaching.
